Player Bash is a mobile application for court booking and tournament operations at sports centers. It helps players reserve slots, join events, track match schedules, and manage participation in one connected flow.

Court bookings, match coordination, and tournament updates were spread across fragmented channels, causing frequent scheduling confusion and no-show risk. Players and organizers lacked a single reliable source of truth before and during events. The challenge was to unify booking and tournament workflows into a real-time mobile experience that remains clear during high-traffic time windows.
