What Is B’You

B’You is a cosmetics e-commerce platform focused on helping girls discover, compare, and buy beauty products with confidence. The product blends editorial-style product storytelling with practical shopping flows so users can move from inspiration to checkout without confusion.

Problem

Beauty shoppers were dropping off before purchase because product pages lacked quick clarity on shades, benefits, and suitability. Many users had to jump across multiple screens just to answer basic questions before buying. The core challenge was to reduce hesitation in high-intent moments and create a journey that feels trusted, personal, and easy to complete on mobile.
