Senior Frontend Developer
Overview
We are looking for a Senior Frontend Developer to lead the development of high-performance, scalable web applications. You will work closely with design and product teams to deliver pixel-perfect interfaces with exceptional user experience.
This role requires deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks, performance optimization, and component architecture. You will mentor junior developers and establish frontend best practices across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Lead frontend architecture decisions and implement scalable component systems using React and Next.js.
- Build and maintain a design system with reusable, accessible UI components.
- Optimize application performance through code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient rendering strategies.
- Collaborate with designers to translate Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect implementations.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies including unit, integration, and E2E tests.
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers on frontend best practices.
- Stay current with emerging frontend technologies and evaluate their potential impact.
Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of professional frontend development experience.
- Expert proficiency in React, TypeScript, and Next.js.
- Deep understanding of CSS architecture, Tailwind CSS, and responsive design principles.
- Experience with state management solutions (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
- Strong understanding of web performance optimization techniques.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.
Additional Skills
- Experience with animation libraries (Framer Motion, GSAP).
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1).
- Experience with micro-frontend architectures.
- Understanding of SEO best practices and Core Web Vitals.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Three.js or WebGL for 3D web experiences.
- Familiarity with design tools like Figma or Sketch.
- Contributions to open-source frontend projects.
- Experience with GraphQL and Apollo Client.
