Product Designer
Overview
We are seeking a Product Designer to shape the user experience across our digital products. You will lead the end-to-end design process from research and ideation to high-fidelity prototypes and design system contributions.
This role requires deep empathy for users, strong visual design skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the design process from discovery through delivery for key product features.
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and competitive analysis.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups in Figma.
- Contribute to and maintain the company design system.
- Collaborate closely with engineering to ensure design intent is preserved.
- Present design decisions to stakeholders with clear rationale.
Requirements
- Experience: 4+ years of product design experience.
- Expert proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design work.
- Experience with design systems and component libraries.
- Understanding of frontend technologies and their design implications.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
Additional Skills
- Experience with motion design and micro-interactions.
- Knowledge of accessibility best practices.
- Experience with data visualization and dashboard design.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies.
Nice to Have
- Experience with 3D design tools (Blender, Spline).
- Basic frontend coding skills (HTML, CSS, React).
- Experience designing for enterprise or B2B products.
