Overview

We are looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention strategies. You will own the full marketing funnel and work cross-functionally to scale our growth efforts.

This role requires a blend of creative thinking and analytical rigor, with hands-on experience across multiple growth channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across paid, organic, and viral channels.
  • Design and run experimentation frameworks for A/B testing and conversion optimization.
  • Build and manage marketing automation workflows.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams on growth features.
  • Manage external agency partnerships and vendor relationships.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years in growth marketing or related roles.
  • Proven track record of scaling user acquisition channels.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and content marketing strategies.
  • Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Additional Skills

  • Experience with product-led growth strategies.
  • Knowledge of viral mechanics and referral programs.
  • Experience with community-driven growth.
  • Understanding of unit economics and LTV/CAC optimization.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech industry.
  • Basic SQL or Python skills for data analysis.
  • Experience with international market expansion.
