Community Manager
Overview
Nexulyze is seeking a Community Manager to build and nurture our growing community of users, developers, and brand advocates. You will be the voice of Nexulyze across social platforms and community channels.
This role requires exceptional communication skills, empathy, and the ability to foster meaningful connections at scale.
Responsibilities
- Build and manage online communities across Discord, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Create engaging content calendars and community programming.
- Moderate community channels and ensure positive, inclusive interactions.
- Gather and synthesize community feedback for product teams.
- Plan and execute virtual and in-person community events.
- Track community health metrics and report on growth and engagement.
Requirements
- Experience: 2+ years in community management or social media management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience managing online communities (Discord, Slack, or similar).
- Understanding of social media platforms and content strategies.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Empathy and ability to handle sensitive community situations.
Additional Skills
- Experience with community analytics tools.
- Content creation skills (writing, video, graphics).
- Experience with event planning and coordination.
- Knowledge of developer communities and tech ecosystems.
Nice to Have
- Experience in tech or SaaS community management.
- Multilingual communication abilities.
- Experience with community-led growth strategies.
